1. Independent Distributor Status
Kangen Darbar operates as an independent distributor team of Enagic® Co., Ltd. (Osaka, Japan) products. We are not corporate Enagic Co., Ltd. All official invoices and warranties are issued directly by official Enagic corporate branches.
2. Manufacturer Warranty & Service
Product warranties (3 to 5 years depending on the model) are provided directly by Enagic Co., Ltd. Warranty coverage requires the use of genuine Enagic filters and authorized maintenance protocols.
3. Pricing & Order Policies
All machine pricing strictly follows official Enagic corporate price lists in respective countries. We do not provide unofficial cashbacks, unauthorized discounts, or second-hand unregistered units.
